My 2012 Christmas Card
I can’t believe today is the first day of December. It is 60 degrees here in Boulder, so to remind myself that we are actually entering the holiday season, I made a Christmas card!
I was originally inspired by an illustration I found on Pinterest and decided to turn that inspiration into action. I was also inspired by a childhood film my sister and I used to watch at my Memere’s – A Charlie Brown Christmas! In Illustrator I created an image of myself choosing a very special Charlie Brown Christmas tree. My goal was to create a geometric image with a soft, scripty feeling center. I really enjoy the way it came out!
